"I spoke to Rebecca several times about the insurance refund. She assured me i was qualified and the check was in the mail. All lies!! I am still without a check so i called and spoke with someone new. She informed me i was not recieving a penny and that they didnt even know who was getting them. Not untill a list came in last week. Its tragic you cant depend on someone to do their job."
